I hadn't seen this couple for a while, there was just no need, and she calmly told me she had had a partial mastectomy and a $400,000 payout from the trauma policy I arranged for her 16 years ago. It was just in the nick of time to make a claim (you have 12 months to make a claim) so it was a welcome surprise when they received the $400,000 for cancer diagnosis. And the other good new is she's fine :) Is your personal risk cover up to date and do you know what you have?
